基于半舱气压法的大直径泥水盾构掘进参数与地表沉降研究 被引量:9

摘要 以新郑机场至郑州南站城际铁路盾构段隧道施工为背景,针对泥水盾构在黏土地层中刀盘结泥饼问题,提出半舱气压工法,并对半舱气压法下开挖舱内液面高度、气压值的设定进行分析。研究半舱气压法下盾构掘进参数(掘进速度、推力、扭矩、转速)的变化特征,并给出掘进速度与其他盾构参数的关系式,同时对隧道掘进引起的地面沉降进行监测分析。研究结果表明:盾构掘进速度从4.9 mm/min增加至25.4 mm/min,隧道掘进造成的地面沉降稳定,最终沉降量为-4 mm,泥水盾构半舱气压工法在黏土地层隧道施工中具备一定的工程适用性。 Considering the issue of mud cake formation on cutter head of slurry shield in clay stratum,in the construction site of the intercity railway from Xinzheng Airport to Zhengzhou South Railway Station,the method of half-chamber air pressure was taking into consideration as an effective solution.For this purpose,the setting of liquid level and air pressure value in the excavation chamber under the method of half-chamber air pressure were discussed.Different variables for shield tunnelling such as tunnelling speed,thrust,torque,and rotation speed,under the half-chamber air pressure method,were analyzed.And the relationship between tunnelling speed and other shield tunnelling parameters were fitted out.In addition,the ground settlement which was caused by tunnelling was also monitored and assessed.The results show that the tunneling speed of the shield increase from 4.9 mm/min to 25.4 mm/min;furthermore,the ground settlement caused by tunnelling is stable,and the final settlement value is?4 mm.The half-chamber air pressure method is one of the applicable ways in the tunnelling construction in clay stratum.
