摘要
采用三维有限元计算方法,研究大连地铁5号线区间下穿丹大高铁明挖扩大基础桥梁风险情况,模拟盾构施工全过程,对高铁桥梁基础、墩台、轨道沉降、倾斜规律进行预测分析,计算结果显示岩石地层小净距斜交曲线隧道下穿高铁通过控制盾构掘进参数可保障高铁墩台沉降小于0.3 mm、轨道高低不平顺值小于4 mm要求。结合现场施工情况提出了通过建立试验段,收集掘进参数,优化调整盾构土仓压力、推力、转速等措施,实现安全顺利下穿,确保了铁路运营安全。
Three-dimensional numerical analysis method was adopted to analyze the risks of Dalian subway line 5 crossing under open-cutting foundation bridge of Danda High Speed Rail, imitate the whole procedures of shield construction, and make predictive analysis of the settlement and inclining laws of the high speed foundation the Bridge pier and the Railway track. The results show that the tunnel goes through the foundation in curvilinear coordination and small clear distance. The settlement of high speed abutment is less than 0.3 mm, and the figure of track irregularity is less than 4 mm. Based on the site conditions, a test section is built to collecting the tunneling figures optimize and adjust the pressure, thrust and rotate speed of the Shield. The tunnel can go through the high speed railway safely and make sure its safety operation.
