知识生产模式转型与一流学科建设探索——基于哈佛大学学科建设的实践 被引量:13

The Transformation of Knowledge Production Modeand the Exploration of World-class Discipline Construction:Based on the Practice of Discipline Construction at Harvard University

摘要 学科是系统化、逻辑化的知识集合体,学科建设的本质是促进知识的发展。知识发展的逻辑是学科建设的内在要求。知识可以被划分为显性知识和隐性知识,两者的相互作用和转化是知识创新的关键。而隐性知识由于具有高度个性化而难以格式化的特点,其转化就显得尤为重要。我国一流学科建设存在着与知识生产模式转型要求不相适应的方面,这将会影响隐性知识的转化效率,阻碍知识创新。美国哈佛大学在重视显性知识发展的同时,兼顾隐性知识的生产和转化,成功地抓住知识生产模式转型的机遇发展学科,为我国一流学科建设提供了宝贵的经验借鉴。因此,在我国"双一流"建设进程中,我们应关注知识生产模式2和3对于学科建设的影响,从关注促进学科隐性知识的转化、加强学科回应社会需求的能力、提高学科组织知识管理的能力等方面加强学科建设,以实现学科跨越式发展,进而推动"双一流"的建设步伐。 Discipline is the systematic and logical collection of knowledge and the essence of discipline construction is to promote the development of knowledge.The logic of knowledge development is the inherent requirement of discipline construction.Knowledge can be divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.The interaction and transformation between them are the key to knowledge creation.As the tacit knowledge is highly personalized and difficult to be formatted,its transformation is particularly important.China's world-class discipline construction has an incompatibility with the requirements of knowledge production mode transformation,which will affect the transformation efficiency of tacit knowledge and hinder knowledge creation.Harvard University in the United States,while paying attention to the development of explicit knowledge,taking into account the production and transformation of tacit knowledge and successfully seizes the opportunity of the transformation of knowledge production mode to develop disciplines,which has provided valuable experiences and references for China's world-class discipline construction.Therefore,in the process of double first-class construction in China,we should pay attention to the influence of knowledge production mode 2 and 3 on the discipline construction,strengthen the construction of disciplines from the aspects of promoting the transformation of tacit knowledge of disciplines,strengthening the ability of disciplines to meet social needs,and improving the ability of knowledge management of discipline organizations.Thus,we can accomplish the leap-forward development of disciplines,and then further promote the"double first-class"construction.
