摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析总结针灸治疗功能性消化不良的临床用穴特点。方法:收集近10年针灸治疗功能性消化不良的临床文献,运用EXCEL软件建立功能性消化不良的现代针灸临床处方数据库,采用Clementinel 2.0软件对数据进行描述性分析、关联规则分析。结果:现代针灸治疗功能性消化不良,选用腧穴47个,总频次600次。所选经脉以足阳明胃经选用频次最高(195次),其次为任脉(119次)与膀胱经(88次);所选腧穴频次最多为足三里穴(101次),中脘(84次)、内关(63次)、天枢(50次)、太冲(35次)次之。特定穴占总腧穴的85.11%(40/47),其中募穴的使用占优势(189次),用穴个数多,集中在中脘、天枢、期门等;其次是五输穴、交会穴和下合穴的使用频次较高,分别为157次、136次和122次。关联规则分析显示穴位间相关性最高的是足三里-中脘。结论:总结了针灸治疗功能性消化不良的临床选穴常用组合规律,可为临床治疗功能性消化不良提供思路。
Objective:To summarize the characteristics of acupoints selection in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) based on data mining.Methods:Clinical literatures published in the recent 10 years related to acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of FD were collected to establish the database by using Excel.Descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis were performed using Python programming and Clementine12.0.Results:Modern acupuncture treatment of functional dyspepsia,a total of 47 acupoints were involved with a total frequency of 600.The leading three meridians were(195 times),Conception Vessel(119 times)and Bladder Meridian(88 times);the leading acupoints were Tsusanli(ST36,101 times),Chungwan(CV12,84 times),Neiguan(PC6,63 times),Tianshu(ST25,50 times)and Taichong(Liv3,35 times).The specific acupoints accounted for 85.11%(40/47)of the total acupoints,The Front-Mu acupoints were predominant(189 times),especially Chung wan,Tianshu and Qimen(Liv14),followed by the Five Transport points(157 times),The Crossing points(136 times)and Lower He-Sea points(122 times).The association rules analysis showed that Tsusanli and Chungwan had the most significant correlation.Conclusion:The characteristics of acupoints selection revealed in this study provide ideas and references for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of FD in clinic.
