摘要 基于三菱FX2N-48MT可编程控制器及人机界面,介绍一种润滑系统节能控制设计。该设计通过PLC脉冲输出控制伺服轴运动对伺服轴运行时间累计计时,以达到合理控制润滑系统启停的目的。设计编写的PLC程序和人机界面,具有可设置润滑控制参数、润滑系统异常预警、保养时间自动提醒等功能。开发完成的系统通用性强,并在自动化设备上进行应用验证后达到设计目的,解决了原耗油、耗电问题。 Based on Mitsubishi FX2 N-48 MT programmable controller and human-machine interface,a design of energy-saving control for lubrication system was introduced. In order to control the start and stop of lubrication system reasonably,this design uses PLC pulse output to control the motion of servo shaft and to accumulate the running time of servo shaft. The PLC program and man-machine interface designed and written have the functions of setting lubrication control parameters, abnormal warning of lubrication system, automatic reminder of maintenance time and so on. The developed system has strong universality, and achieves the design goal after application verification on automation equipment, which solves the problems of original fuel consumption and power consumption.
