摘要
对机床液压润滑系统的污染原因进行了分析,给出了污染度定量表示方法和分级标准,并根据机床的目标清洁度提出了污染控制的具体措施,为机床液压润滑系统的设计、使用与维护提供了科学的依据。
The causes of oil contamination for hydraulic and lubricant system of machine tool were analyzed. The fixed quantity expressing method and classification criterion of contamination degree was given. On the basis of objective cleanness, some concrete measures for controlling contamination were put forward. It provides a scientific basis for designing, using and maintenance of hydraulic and lubricant system of machine tool.
