摘要 随着配电网中分布式能源的渗透比例不断升高,其间歇性及波动性特点极大降低了配电网的安全性,而储能系统可有效缓解这一情况。从成本分析角度研究蓄电池储能配置方法。首先对蓄电池的充放电过程进行优化;然后综合考虑储能政策补贴、电价补贴、投资成本及其附加效益,建立了以配电网蓄电池储能系统净收益最大为目标的投资收益模型;最后,将差分算法与内点法相结合,对模型进行求解。通过算例,分析比较了不同类型蓄电池的配置方案及相应收益情况,结果验证了所提配置方法的可行性。 With the increase of the proportion of distributed energy integration in distribution network,the intermittence and fluctuation greatly reduce the safety of the distribution network,but energy storage system can effectively improve the safety.This paper focuses on the method of battery energy storage configuration based on cost analysis.Firstly,the charging and discharging process of the battery is optimized.Then an investment income model based on objection function with the maximum net income of battery energy storage system in the distribution network is established,considering the policy subsidy for the energy storage,electricity price subsidy,investment cost and additional benefits.Finally,difference algorithm is combined with interior point method to solve the model.The analysis of examples with different types of batteries and their corresponding benefits verifies the feasibility of the proposed configuration method.
