摘要 随着电力体制改革的深入,电力需求侧管理的成熟,用户侧储能越来越多地参与到电网削峰填谷和电网辅助服务中,国家和政府也出台相应的政策,鼓励用户侧分布式储能积极响应电网需求,充分利用分布式储能设备。首先介绍了分布式储能的基本类型、特点和适用场景,着重分析了主流化学储能的发展趋势,归纳总结了分布式储能在商业中的应用,并就其盈利方式进行了分析。针对储能参与削峰填谷及调频辅助服务2种典型场景的技术经济性进行分析,提出用户侧分布式储能在盈利中所要关注的影响因素,最后从完善现有电价制度、储能企业创新和政府政策引导3个方面,为用户侧分布式储能发展提出相关建议。 With the deepening of the power system reform and the maturity of power demand side management,the user side energy storage is increasingly involved in peak load shifting and auxiliary service of power grid. The state and the government also introduce corresponding policies to encourage user side distribution energy storage actively respond to grid demand and makes full use of distributed energy storage equipment. This paper first introduces the basic types,characteristics and applicable scenarios of distributed energy storage. It focuses on the development trend of mainstream chemical energy storage,summarizes the application of distributed energy storage in business and analyzes the profit mode. This paper analyzes the technical and economical aspects of energy storage participation in peak load shifting and frequency modulation auxiliary services. It proposes the influencing factors of user-side distributed energy storage in profitability,and finally provides recommendations in current power price and energy storage enterprise innovation and government policy guidance to improve the user-side distributed energy storage development.
