摘要
目的:探讨AH-Plus糊剂结合热牙胶垂直加压根管充填治疗根尖微渗漏的效果。方法:选取84颗离体牙,分为A、B、C、D组,A组患者进行AH-Plus糊剂联合冷牙胶侧方加压充填,B组患者进行AH-Plus糊剂联合热牙胶垂直加压充填,C组患者进行Cortisomol糊剂联合冷牙胶侧方加压充填,D组患者进行Cortisomol糊剂联合热牙胶垂直加压充填,比较4组患者的染料渗入深度及电镜扫描结果。结果:4组患者的染料渗入深度分别为A组(1.26±0.021)mm、B组(1.24±0.024)mm、C组(3.40±0.028)mm、D组(1.45±0.026)mm,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中B组染料渗入最短,C组染料渗入最长;C组充填材料与根尖区牙本质壁存在明显且贯通的裂隙,A、D组充填材料与根尖区牙本质壁部分结合,但仍旧存在间隙,B组充填物质与根尖区牙本质壁紧密结合,且无缝隙。结论:AH-Plus糊剂封闭效果均优于Cortisomol糊剂,而热牙胶垂直加压充填封闭效果优于冷牙胶侧方加压充填,根管治疗中采用AH-Plus糊剂联合热牙胶垂直加压进行根管充填、根管封闭性提高,根管治疗的成功率增加。
Objective:To investigate the effect of AH-Plus paste combined with hot gutta-percha vertical root canal filling on apical microleakage.Methods:84 isolated teeth were selected and divided into groups A, B, C and D. Group A AH-Plus paste + cold gutta-percha side filling, Group B AH-Plus paste + hot gutta-percha vertical filling, Group C Cortisomol paste + cold gutta-percha side filling, Group D Cortisomol paste + hot teether vertical pressure filling. Comparing dye penetration depth and electron microscopy results.Results:The infiltration depth of the four groups of dyes was A(1.26±0.021) mm, B(1.24±0.024) mm, C(3.40±0.028) mm, and D(1.45±0.026) mm, respectively. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), in which the dye infiltration of group B was the shortest, the dye in group C was the longest, and the filling material of group C and the dentin wall of apical region had obvious and continuous fissures.The wall portions were combined, but there was still a gap, and Group B filling material was tightly bound to the apical dentin wall without gaps. Conclusion:The sealing effect of AH-Plus paste is better than that of Cortisomol paste, and the vertical pressure filling and sealing effect of hot gutta-percha is better than that of cold gutta-percha side. AH-Plus paste + hot tooth is used in root canal treatment. The root canal filling is performed by vertical pressure of the glue, the sealing of the root canal is improved, and the success rate of the root canal treatment is increased.
