BL热牙胶垂直加压联合冷牙胶侧方加压法与单纯热牙胶垂直加压法充填根管的效果比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究韩国BL热牙胶垂直加压联合冷牙胶侧方加压法和单纯热牙胶垂直加压法充填根管的优劣差异。方法选取2015年7月~2017年5月我院收治的行根管填充的113例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组(57例,73根管)和对照组(56例,70根管)。对照组采用单纯热牙胶垂直加压法充填根管,观察组采用韩国BL热牙胶垂直加压联合冷牙胶侧方加压法充填根管,对两组的根充恰填率和临床效果进行比较。结果观察组的临床操作失误少于对照组,观察组患牙恰填率(98.63%)明显高于对照组(84.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年后,观察组的成功率(98.63%)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用韩国BL热牙胶垂直加压联合冷牙胶侧方加压法充填根管,可明显减少操作失误,提高恰填率,临床效果显著,适合临床应用。 Objective To explore the difference of root canal strength between vertical compression of Korean BL gutta gum combined with cold gutta percha lateral compression method and warm gutta percha vertical compression method.Methods 113 patients who admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into observation group(57 cases,73 root canals)and control group(56 cases,70 root canals)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with hot gutta-percha vertical compression for root canal filling.The observation group used Korean BL hot gum vertical compression combined with cold gum lateral compression,the filling rate and clinical effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The clinical error of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the correct filling rate of the affected teeth in the observation group(98.63%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.29%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the success rate of the observation group(98.63%)was significantly higher than that of the control group after one year follow-up.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The root canal filling with Korean BL hot gum vertical compression combined with cold gum lateral compression can obviously reduce the operation error and increase the filling rate.The clinical effect is remarkable and suitable for clinical application.
