摘要
目的分析在健康体检护理中采用沟通技巧对提高体检者满意度的作用。方法 2018年1-12月该院接收的健康体检180名。分为研究组(沟通技巧进行护理干预)与对照组(常规护理干预),比较两组满意度、依从性、护理矛盾发生率、不良突发事件发生率。结果研究组护理满意度(97.78%)高于对照组(75.57%)(χ^2=21.355,P=0.000);研究组依从性、护理矛盾发生率、不良突发事件发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=31.339,χ^2=32.753,8.962,P<0.05)。研究组环境设施、服务态度、诊疗技术、护理技术、护理态度、导医服务、药房服务、检查服务等方面评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沟通技巧用于健康体检护理中能有效提高体检者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of using communication skills in health checkups to improve the satisfac-tion of medical examiners.Methods From January to December 2018,180 physical examinations were received by the hospital.Divided into study group(communication skills for nursing intervention)and control group(conventional nurs-ing intervention),comparing the two groups of satisfaction,compliance,incidence of care contradictions,incidence of adverse emergencies.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(75.57%)(χ^2=21.355,P=0.000).The compliance rate of the study group,the incidence of nursing contradiction and the incidence of adverse emergencies were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=31.339,χ^2=32.753,8.962,P<0.05).The research group's environmental facilities,service attitudes,diagnosis and treatment techniques,nursing techniques,nursing attitudes,medical services,pharmacy services,inspection ser-vices,etc.scored higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Com-munication skills can be used to improve the satisfaction of medical examiners in health checkups.
