摘要
目的浅析《美国药典》(USP40)中西洛他唑的质量标准。方法分别对USP40中西洛他唑质量标准中各检测项目进行详述,并与《中国药典》2015版二部进行对比。结果USP40与《中国药典》2015版二部西洛他唑的质量标准存在一定差异。结论USP40对西洛他唑各项指标的控制更严格。
Objective To analyze the quality standards of cilostazol in USP40.Methods Each item of the quality standards of cilostazol in USP40 were detailed and compared with the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"2015 edition 2.Results The certain differences of the quality standards for cilostazol were existed between the USP40 and the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"2015 edition 2.Conclusion The USP40 has stricter control over the indexes of cilostazol.
