摘要
为确保煤矿局部通风机安全可靠运转,分析了对局部通风机供电和闭锁控制存在的认识误区和错误做法;高瓦斯、突出矿井的煤巷、半煤岩巷和有瓦斯涌出的岩巷掘进工作面局部通风机采用“双风机双电源三专供电”,其他掘进工作面和通风地点正常工作的局部通风机采用单风机“三专”供电或者“双风机双电源”供电方式;根据《煤矿安全规程》规定,提出了岩巷掘进局部通风机供电和闭锁控制方案。
To ensure the safe and reliable operating of local ventilator,the author proposes the scheme of three-exclusives power supply with double fans and double-power in local ventilators at driving faces in high-gas-outburst roadway,semi-coal-rock roadway and rock roadway with gas emission and three-exclusives power supply with single fan or double fans and double-power supply at other driving faces and normal ventilation operation sites,and presents the blocking control scheme in driving rock roadway according to the Regulations for Mine Safety.
