Design of Power Supply System on Ventilating Fan in Coal Mine

摘要 在煤矿开采过程中,容易产生瓦斯气体,为了将煤矿下的瓦斯气体排出井外,在每个矿井下都安装有通风装置。以STM32单片机作为控制核心,设计快速切换装置,在备用电源监测系统中,详细介绍了电流检测电路、电池温度监测原理、电池保护电路,计算备用电源电池容量,并对充放电策略进行研究,以提高电池使用效率。 In the process of coal mining, it is easy to generate gas. In order to discharge the gas out of the well from coal mine, devices have been installed under each mine. With STM32 as the control core, a fast switching device has been designed. In the backup power supply monitoring system, current detection circuit, battery temperature monitoring principle and battery protection circuit have been introduced in detail, the capacity of backup power supply battery has been calculated, and the charging and discharging strategy has been studied to improve the efficiency of battery.
