摘要
通过对包钢焦化厂组建的40 kg试验焦炉进行试验,并对6 m大容积焦炉建立回归性试验.研究结果表明:试验焦炉明显克服了20 kg试验焦炉的不足之处,吸收了国外试验焦炉的优点,是目前国内理想的最新一代试验焦炉.40 kg试验焦炉运行比较稳定,能够较为科学地预测大容积焦炉焦炭质量,对合理降低配煤生产成本具有指导作用.机械强度M 40和M 10相关系数呈现特别显著,在生产中能够较为准确地确定生产配煤比、灰分和硫分的相关性特别显著,能够较为准确地预测大容积焦炉焦炭的灰分和硫分,合理地指导配煤生产.通过大容积焦炉回归性试验研究将为大焦炉配煤炼焦试验开发新煤种、优化配煤资源以及改善焦炭质量研究提供了科学的技术指导及依据.
The coke oven of 40 kg set up by Coking Plant of Baotou Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was tested,and a regression test was established for the 6 m large volume coke oven.The results show that the test coke oven obviously both overcomes the shortcomings of 20 kg test coke oven and absorbs the advantages of foreign test coke oven,which is the latest generation of ideal test coke oven in China at present.The 40 kg test coke oven runs steadily and can predict the coke quality of large volume coke oven scientifically,playing a guiding role in reasonably reducing the cost of coal blending production.The correlation coefficients of mechanical strength M 40 and M 10 are particularly significant,and the coal blending ratio can be determined accurately in production.The correlation between ash and sulphur is particularly significant,which can accurately predict the ash and sulphur content of the large volume coke oven coke and reasonably guide the coal blending production.The research on regression test of large volume coke oven may provide scientific and technological guidance and basis for developing new types of coal,optimizing coal blending resources and improving coke quality in coke oven blending coking test.
