摘要
合理利用钢铁流程中所产生的固体废弃物,实现其无害化和资源高效利用,对节能减排、降低环境污染具有重要意义。为确定焦化固废在配煤中的应用效果,首钢京唐焦化公司进行了回配焦化除尘灰的300kg半工业炼焦试验以及焦化除尘灰与生化污泥浆混配比例研究。试验表明,焦化除尘灰回配比例不应超过1.5%,生化污泥与除尘灰的适宜混合比例应控制在20%~25%。综合前期研究结果以及京唐焦化生产现状,设计并成功应用了焦化除尘灰回配工艺装置。在配煤以及焦炭质量保持稳定的前提下,成功解决了焦化除尘灰和生化污泥两大固废的处理难题,实现了焦化固废资源的循环利用。
The rational use of solid waste generated in the iron and steel process to achieve its harmless and efficient use is of great significance to the energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental pollution reduction. In order to determine the application effect of coking solid waste in coal blending,300kg semi-industrial coking experiment with coking dust and the mixing proportion of coking dust and biochemical sludge were conducted by Shanxi Coking Company of Tangshan Shougang Jingtang.The results showed that the recycling ratio of coking dust should be below 1.5%and the mixing ratio of coking dust and biochemical sludge should be controlled between 20%-25%.Based on the previous research and current production situation of Jingtang coking plant,coking dustash recycling process device was designed and successfully applied.On the condition of the coal blending and coke quality remaining stable,the problems of coking dust and biochemical sludge were successfully solved,which real- ized the cyclic utilization of coking solid wastes.
