摘要
立足于国家知识产权局的实用新型专利,通过文献计量学的方法,对档案类专利在中国的区域分布情况进行了研究,揭示了我国档案类专利的申请人区域分布不平衡现象,从历史、经济、教育三个方面分析了区域失衡原因,并从政策导向、资金投入、人才流动等角度给出了建议,旨在为未来档案类专利的培育和申请提供思路。
Based on the practical new-type patents of the State Intellectual Property Office,the regional distribution of archival patents in China has been studied through the method of biblimetrics,which reveals the imbalance of regional distribution of archival patents in China.Then the causes of regional imbalance are analyzed from three aspects of history,economy and education,and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of policy orientation,capital investment,talent flow,etc,aiming to provide ideas for the cultivation and application of future archives patents.
