摘要
目的探讨中药补气活血方联合针刺治疗对中风后遗症患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的中风后遗症患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。两组患者均接受常规药物治疗,同时对照组口服中药补气活血方,观察组在对照组基础上接受针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的生存功能、神经功能缺损区域分布情况及NIHSS评分。结果治疗前,两组的FMA、MBI、SF-36评分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FMA、MBI、SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的FMA、MBI、SF-36评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组的运动、感觉、语言、认知、情感、视觉缺损率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的运动、感觉、语言、认知、情感、视觉缺损率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的NIHSS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药补气活血方联合针刺治疗可显著提高中风后遗症患者的神经功能,减少其语言、运动、感觉等神经障碍,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine invigorating Qi and activating blood prescription combined with acupuncture treatment on the neurological function and quality of life of patients with stroke sequela.Methods 60 patients with stroke sequela admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received routine drug therapy.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine invigorating Qi and activating blood prescription.The observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The survival function,the distribution of neurological function defect and the NIHSS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the FMA,MBI and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA,MBI and SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the FMA,MBI and SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the defect rates of motion,sense,language,cognition and vision between the two groups(P>0.05).The defect rates of motion,sense,language,cognition and vision of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine invigorating Qi and activating blood prescription combined with acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with stroke sequela,reduce the language,motion and sense and other neurological disorders,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
