摘要
薄型子宫内膜是导致胚胎种植失败的主要原因。提高子宫内膜容受性目前较多从促进内膜修复、改善内膜血流灌注、降低血液黏稠度、增加组织氧分压、提升子宫内膜细胞的修复和再生能力等为主要突破口。相关的因子研究主要有EMX 2基因、整合素β3、HOXA 10基因、CD 31、TNF-α、IL-1等。中医辨证认为肾虚血瘀是薄型子宫内膜产生的主要原因,故以补肾活血为大法,在改善子宫内膜厚度、提高妊娠率及活产率等方面发挥了重要作用。
Thin endometrium is the main cause of the failure of embryo implantation. At present, the improvement of endometrial receptivity includes promoting endometrial repair, improving endometrial blood flow perfusion, reducing blood viscosity, increasing tissue oxygen partial pressure. Enhancing the repair and regeneration ability of endometrial cells was the main breakthrough point. The related factors were EMX2 gene, integrin β3, HOXA10 gene, CD31 and TNF-α, IL-1, and so on. Chinese medicine dialectically believes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the main cause of the formation of thin endometrium, so tonifying the kidney and activating blood as the major method, in improving the thickness of endometrium, increasing pregnancy rate and live birth rate has played an important role in superiority.
