摘要
胞宫胞脉胞络理论是中医基于脏腑理论对女子生殖功能的基本认识。子宫体、宫颈、卵巢、输卵管、盆壁及其相关的血管、神经、韧带及受体当属胞宫、胞脉、胞络功能范畴。胞脉和胞络属于胞宫的一部分。胞脉、胞络将脏腑化生之气血全面布散于胞宫,心、肾通过胞脉、胞络与胞宫相联系。“精满”“血足”是良好子宫内膜环境的体现。肾气亏损,胞脉失疏,冲任不充,胞宫瘀滞,藏泻失序,表现为子宫内膜较薄及血供不足,不利于孕卵的着床。治疗子宫内膜容受性低下应予补肾气,通胞脉,自拟二补助育汤,可以改善子宫内膜血液循环,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高辅助妊娠成功率。
The theory of uterus,uterine vessels and uterine collaterals is the basic understanding of women’s reproductive function in traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of zang-fu viscera.The uterus,cervix,ovaries,fallopian tubes,pelvic wall and related blood vessels,nerves,ligaments and receptors all belong to the function category of the uterus,uterine vessels and uterine collaterals.The uterine vessels and uterine collaterals are part of the uterus,which transport the qi and blood transformed and generated by the zang-fu viscera to the uterus,and the heart and kidney are connected with the uterus through them.“Suffi cient essence”and“adequate blood”are the manifestations of a good endometrial environment.The defi ciency of kidney qi,defi cient or sparse uterine vessels,insecurity of thoroughfare and conception channels,stagnated uterus,disorder of storage and leaking,all of the above syndromes are manifested as the thin endometrium and insufficient blood supply,which are not conducive to the implantation of pregnant eggs.In the treatment of low endometrial receptivity,the kidney qi should be invigorated and the uterine vessels should be unblocked.The self-made Erbu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the blood circulation in the endometrium,increase its thickness,and improve the success rate of assisted pregnancy.
