摘要
目的分析薄型子宫内膜采用平滑肌刺激技术干预的效果。方法选择75例薄型子宫内膜女性患者,采用随机数字排列表法将其分成对照组(37例)及试验组(38例)。对照组予以雌激素干预,试验组予以平滑肌刺激技术干预。比较两组干预前后子宫内膜血流动脉搏动指数、阻力指数、子宫内膜厚度及妊娠率。结果干预前,两组子宫内膜血流动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组子宫内膜血流动脉搏动指数及阻力指数均明显低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组生化妊娠率分别为52.63%、24.32%,临床妊娠率分别为50.00%、18.92%,试验组生化妊娠率及临床妊娠率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论薄型子宫内膜女性使用平滑肌刺激技术治疗,可改善其子宫内膜血流情况,提升子宫内膜厚度,提高妊娠率,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of smooth muscle stimulation technique intervention for thin endometrium.Methods 75 female patients with thin endometrium were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(37 cases)and a test group(38 cases)using a random number list method.The control group was given estrogen intervention,and the test group was given smooth muscle stimulation technology intervention.The endometrial blood flow arterial pulsation index,resistance index,endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in endometrial blood flow,arterial pulsatility index,resistance index and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the pulsatile index and resistance index of endometrial blood flow artery in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05).The biochemical pregnancy rates of the experimental group and the control group were 52.63% and 24.32% respectively,and the clinical pregnancy rates were 50.00% and 18.92% respectively.The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of women with thin endometrium using smooth muscle stimulation technology can improve the blood flow of the endometrium,increase the thickness of the endometrium,and increase the pregnancy rate.It has clinical application value.
