摘要
目的针对轻中度宫腔粘连患者应用人工周期与盆底肌肉电刺激联合治疗,并探究分析其治疗效果。方法选择88例患者作为本次研究对象,均为2016年7月~2017年7月在本院进行治疗的宫腔粘连患者,将其以投掷法随机分成两组,其中应用人工周期治疗的44例患者作为对照组,另外联合盆底肌肉电刺激治疗的44例患者作为试验组,对比分析两组患者治疗后的疗效,子宫内膜厚度及各症状发生情况。结果治疗后对照组无效14例(31.82%),有效30例(68.18%),观察组无效2例(4.55%),有效42例(95.45%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后症状发生16例(36.36%),观察组发生4例(9.09%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组厚度为(6.82±0.54)mm,显著高于对照组的(4.68±0.61)mm,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论轻中度宫腔粘连应用人工周期联合盆地肌肉电刺激治疗效果突出,可有效改善患者各项症状,建议广泛应用。
Objective To explore the effect of artificial cycle combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation on mild and moderate intrauterine adhesions. Methods Eighty-eight patients with intrauterine adhesions treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Forty-four patients were treated with artificial cycle therapy as control group and 44 patients with pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation were used as experimental group.The curative effect,endometrial thickness and the occurrence of symptoms of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,14 cases were ineffective in the control group（31.82%）,30 cases were effective（68.18%）,2 cases were ineffective in the observation group（4.55%）,and 42 cases were effective（95.45%）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.In the control group,16 cases had symptoms after treatment（36.36%）,while in the observation group there were 4 cases with 9.09%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. After treatment,the thickness of the observation group was（6.82±0.54）mm,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（4.68±0.61）mm,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of mild and moderate intrauterine adhesions with artificial cycle combined with electric stimulation of basin muscles is effective in improving the symptoms of patients and is suggested to be widely used.
