摘要
目的观察超声波穴位刺激治疗急性缺血性卒中临床疗效及安全性。方法将急性缺血性卒中患者136例随机分为2组,对照组68例予常规药物口服配合静脉滴注治疗,治疗组68例在对照组治疗基础上加用超声波穴位刺激治疗。2组均治疗14 d为1个疗程,于治疗前后分别记录患者神经功能缺损评分[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分,判断疗效。结果 2组治疗后NIHSS评分、ADL评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分、ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),超声波穴位刺激治疗可更显著降低神经功能恶化率。结论超声波穴位刺激治疗急性缺血性卒中,安全且疗效显著,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of acupoint stimulation of ultrasonic on acute ischemic stroke.Methods 136 cases of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=68） were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group（n=68） were treated by combination of acupoint stimulation of ultrasonic and routine therapy.The course was 14 days in two groups.NIHSS and ADL scores were recorded before and after treatment for evaluation of effect.Results NIHSS and ADL scores were improved obviously in treatment group（P0.05）.The improvement in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.There were significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate and effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint stimulation of ultrasonic is safe and effective on the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
