摘要
与圆柱形石墨和块状石墨相比,带状柔性石墨接地体具有加工工序简单、加工周期短、石墨资源浪费量较少的特点,在电力行业得到了广泛应用。为了准确获得带状柔性石墨接地体的阻抗性能和分析带状柔性石墨接地体的制备对其阻抗性能的影响,提出带状柔性石墨接地体制备及阻抗性能研究。研究带状柔性石墨接地体生产过程中的高温膨化、碾压成膜、添加粘结剂、添加玻纤、剪切成条、编织成线等控制,实现带状柔性石墨接地体的制备。利用Keysight E4990A型阻抗分析仪,分析不同品质、不同横截面积、不同长度以及不同温度状态的带状柔性石墨接地体阻抗性能,完成了对提出的带状柔性石墨接地体的制备及阻抗性能研究。
Compared with cylindrical graphite and block graphite,strip flexible graphite grounding body has the characteristics of simple processing procedure,short processing cycle and less waste of graphite resources,and has been widely used in the power industry.In order to accurately obtain the impedance performance of strip flexible graphite grounding body and analyze the influence of the preparation of strip flexible graphite grounding body on its impedance performance,the preparation and impedance performance of strip flexible graphite grounding body were proposed.The control of high temperature expansion,rolling film formation,adding binder,adding glass fiber,shearing strip and braiding wire in the production process of strip flexible graphite grounding body was studied to realize the preparation of strip flexible graphite grounding body.Using Keysight E4990A impedance analyzer,the impedance performance of flexible graphite grounding body with different quality,cross-sectional area,length and temperature was analyzed,and the preparation and impedance performance of the proposed flexible graphite grounding body were completed.
