摘要
流动学前儿童日益增多,其“流动”的特征必定会影响这一群体的社会适应和性格形成。因此,笔者针对促进流动学前儿童的社会适应提一些建设性建议:(1)政府建立健全流动学前儿童的社会和教育保障制度;(2)密切家庭关系,提高流动学前儿童的心理安全感;(3)教师积极介入,引导流动儿童缓解焦虑情绪;(4)根据年龄特点增强幼儿的自我服务和人际交往的能力。
With the increasing number of migrant preschool children,their social adaptation and character formation must be affected.Therefore,the author puts forward some constructive suggestions to promote the social adaptation of migrant preschool children:(1)The government should establish the social and educational system for migrant preschool children;(2)For improving the psychological safety of migrant preschool children,the parents should build a close family relationship;(3)Teachers should actively guide migrant children to alleviate anxiety;(4)Children's self-service and interpersonal skills should be improved according to their age characteristics.
