PCK理论视野下体育教育专业师范技能培养路径探析 被引量:5

摘要 学科教学知识是教师专业化发展的主要知识,也是具体运用在教学情境中的知识,能够为解决教学问题提供扎实的理论基础。对学科教学知识的系统学习,有利于科学地指导体育教育专业学生师范技能的培养。本文从pck理论视野下,探析现阶段高校体育教育专业学生在师范技能培养模式中存在的不足之处并提出针对性建议。结果显示,存在师范技能课程内容设置较少、缺少优秀师范技能案例、实践途径衔接程度较低、忽视教学后的反思等问题。建议增加师范技能训练课、增加案例研究,拓宽实习渠道,强化学习反思等多种途径来提高体育教育专业学生的师范技能,提高就业竞争力,进而为职后专业化进程奠定良好基础。 Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK)is the main knowledge of teachers’professional development,and it is also the knowledge specifically applied in the teaching situation.It can provide a solid theoretical basis for solving teaching problems.Systematic learning of subject teaching knowledge is conducive to scientifically guiding the cultivation of teacher training skills for students majoring in Physical Education.From the perspective of PCK theory,this paper probes into the deficiencies of the current training mode of Physical Education Majors in normal universities and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.The results show that there are some problems,such as less content setting,lack of excellent teacher skills cases,low degree of convergence of practical approaches,and neglect of reflection after teaching.It is suggested that teachers’skills training courses,case studies,practice channels,and reflection on learning should be increased to improve teachers’skills and employment competitiveness of students majoring in physical education,thus laying a good foundation for the process of post-service professionalization.
