摘要
研究高岭土对轮胎气密层的加工性能、硫化特性、物理机械性能及气体阻隔性能的影响。结果表明:使用10份高岭土代替10份溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)后有利于加工性能,并具有延迟焦烧时间和加快正硫化时间的作用;具有提高定伸应力、增加硬度的作用;有利于提高气体阻隔性能,其中加入高岭土KL-2的气密性最好。
To study the effects of kaolin on the processing properties,vulcanization properties,physical and mechanical properties and gas barrier properties of tire airtight layer.The results show that using 10 phr of kaolin instead of 10 phr of BIIR is beneficial to processing performance,delaying scorching time and accelerating optimum cure time,increasing the tensile stress and hardness,and improving gas barrier performance,among all kaolin,kaolin KL-2 has the best gas barrier properties.
