废轮胎热解炭黑在天然橡胶中的应用研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究废轮胎热解炭黑(CB_P)对天然橡胶(NR)胶料各项性能的影响,并与炭黑N220,N330,N660和N774进行对比。结果表明:CB_P聚集体粒径分布宽,灰分含量远高于普通炭黑;添加CB_P的NR胶料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度很高,100%和300%定伸应力很低,耐磨性能和耐屈挠疲劳性能较差。 The effects of pyrolytic carbon black(CBP) from waste tires on the properties of natural rubber(NR) compounds were investigated and compared with other kinds of carbon black such as N220,N330,N660 and N774. The results showed that,the particle size distribution of CBP aggregate was wide, and the ash content of CBP was much higher than that of conventional carbon black. With the incorporation of CBP into NR compound,the tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate were quite high,while the modulus at 100% and 300% elongation were low,the abrasion resistance and flexural fatigue resistance were inferior to those of the NR vulcanizates filled by conventional carbon black.
