摘要
双相炭黑是新型的填料,螺旋纳米碳纤维(HCNF)是具有特殊结构的炭材料。以气相生长HCNF为基础,通过原位生成法制备了双向炭黑——SiO_2/螺旋纳米碳纤维(SiO_2-HCNF),研究了SiO_2-HCNF的制备与性质。最后与炭黑N330和HCNF进行结合胶性能对比。结果表明:SiO_2-HCNF结合胶的抗拉强度较天然橡胶(NR)提高了0.2MPa,较HCNF结合胶提高了0.098MPa,并且结合胶量也提高了8.27%。
Dual phase carbon black is a new type of filler,and helical carbon nanofibers(HCNF)is a new carbon material with special structure.The manufacture and properties of dual phase carbon black(SiO_2-HCNF)were discussed,which was prepared by in-situ synthesis method used HCNF by chemical vapor deposition.Finally the properties of bound rubber was investigated by comparing SiO_2-HCNF with carbon black(N330)and HCNF.The tensile strength of bound rubber of SiO_2-HCNF was increased up to 0.2 MPa compared with the nature rubber(NR)and 0.098 MPa with HCNF,the bound rubber of SiO_2-HCNF content was increased to 8.27% compared with HCNF.
