摘要
疏调气机汤,是由国医大师张震在疏调气机的思想上,经过多年的临床实践,所总结出来的具有较高临床疗效的方药。其以四逆散为基础方,配以健脾,温肾,行气,活血等药物,肝脾肾兼顾、气血阴阳并调。吾师郭利华教授是“疏调学派”学术继承人,经过反复临床运用及思考,发现淫羊藿在此方中配伍可谓画龙点睛之笔,与柴胡、白芍、白术、茯苓共同构建肝脾肾三者之平衡,从根本上调节阴阳气机,达到调理因情志不调而致的全身气机失调,脏腑功能紊乱的作用。
The decoction of Shutiao Qiji decoction is a prescription with high clinical effect,which was summed up by ZHANG Zhen,a master of Chinese medicine,in the thought of dredging and regulating Qi,after many years of clinical practice.It is based on Sini Powder,combined with Shutiao Qiji decoction and other drugs,which gives consideration to the liver,spleen and kidney and regulates Qi and blood,yin and yang at the same time.Professor GUO Lihua,my advisor,is an academic successor to the“dredging and regulating school”.After repeated clinical application and reflection,she found that Herba Epimedium’s compatibility in this prescription is the crowning touch,and that it is able to work with Bupleurum,Radices Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and Poria cocos to build a balance among the liver,spleen and kidney,fundamentally regulate the Yin and Yang and achieve the function of regulating the disorder of the whole body Qi and the function of the viscera caused by the non-adjustment of emotion.
