摘要
采用轧制工艺制备了TA18钛合金棒材,研究了轧制工艺参数对TA18钛合金棒材组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:制备的棒材具有良好的力学性能;随着轧制变形量的增大,棒材退火后的再结晶晶粒更为细小均匀,同时棒材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率也随之增高。
The TA18 titanium alloy bars were prepared by rolling.The effects of rolling parameters on the microstructure and properties of TA18 titanium alloy bars were studied.The research results show that the bars prepared by rolling processes has good mechanical properties.As the amount of rolling deformation increases,the recrystallized grains after bar annealing are finer and more uniform,and the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the bar are also increased.
