TA18钛合金热轧卷热处理工艺研究

摘要 采用常规热连轧工艺制备的TA18钛合金带卷具有典型轧态组织特征,组织取向性明显,其性能不能完全满足标准要求。为此,借鉴板材生产经验,选择600~800℃温度范围对7.0mm厚的热轧态TA18钛合金带卷样品进行退火处理,考察退火温度、保温时间对样品组织与性能的影响,从而优选出合适的热处理工艺。从实验结果来看,600℃退火后材料的组织和性能与热轧态基本无差异,随着退火温度的升高,材料逐步发生再结晶,塑性指标得到提升,其中按照750℃×60min/AC制度进行退火,可获得较佳的力学性能。 The mechanical properties of TA18 titanium alloy coil after conventional hot continuous rolling couldn’t fully meet the requirements of the standards because of its typical hot rolling microstructures and obvious orientation.Therefore,on the basis of the processing experience of titanium plates,7.0 mm TA18 titanium alloy coil specimens were annealed at temperature between 600~800 ℃,and then selected the favourable heat treatment scheme by analyzing the effect of temperature and holding time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TA18 titanium alloy.The results show that the microstructures and properties of TA18 titanium alloy coil annealed at 600 ℃ are almost the same with that after hot rolling.As the temperature increases,the plasticity of material increases because of recrystallization.TA18 titanium alloy with good microstructure and mechanical properties can be obtained by annealing at the temperature of 750 ℃,holding for 60 min,and then air cooling.
