摘要
对03Cr19Mn12Ni3CuN不锈钢(BN3E钢)进行单道次热压缩试验,研究其在温度范围950~1200℃、应变速率为0.1~50 s^(-1)下的热变形行为。根据试验数据计算建立了BN3E钢的流变应力本构关系及热加工图,同时分析了热变形过程中的微观组织变化。结果表明:BN3E钢热变形激活能为302.92 kJ/mol;低应变速率下以动态回复软化机制为主,高应变速率下以动态再结晶软化机制为主;BN3E钢在1125~1200℃温度区间和0.1~1 s^(-1)应变速率区间热加工性能最优。
The hot deformation behavior of 03Cr19Mn12Ni3CuN stainless steel(BN3E steel)was investigated by single pass hot compression experiment at a temperature range of 950℃to 1200℃under strain rates of 0.1 s^(-1)to 50 s^(-1).Based on the experimental data,the flow stress constitutive equation and the hot processing map of BN3E steel were calculated and the microstructure evolution during hot deformation was also analyzed.The results show that the hot deformation activation energy of BN3E steel is 302.92 kJ/mol,and it is mainly softened by dynamic recovery softening mechanism at a low strain rate and dynamic recrystallization at a high strain rate.The ideal temperature range for hot working of BN3E steel is determined to be between 1125℃and 1200℃,with the strain rate optimally set between 0.1 s^(-1)and 1 s^(-1).
