探究不同条纹计数法对波长测量精度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对于迈克尔逊干涉仪测波长的实验,本文比较了条纹间隔采用递增,递减两种不同的条纹计数法对波长测量精度的影响,得到了条纹间隔采用递增方式比递减方式的测量精度更高的结论。另外,本文进一步设计了三种不同的条纹间隔起伏幅度,对波长进行了测量。由测量结果可知,条纹间隔起伏按先增后减的规律进行测量时,间隔起伏幅度越大,测量精度越高。 For the experiment of wavelength measurement with Michelson interferometer,the effect of increasing and decreasing fringe intervals on the accuracy of wavelength measurement is compared.It is concluded that the fringe spacing is more accurate by increasing than decreasing.In addition,it further designs three different fringe spacing fluctuation amplitude and measures the wavelength.According to the measurement results,it can be concluded that when the fluctuation of fringe interval is measured according to the law of first increasing and then decreasing,the larger the amplitude of fluctuation of fringe interval is,the higher the measurement accuracy will be.
