摘要
教师发展示范基地校建设是全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的需要,是改变高校师范生教育与教师培养要求不相适应的现状、解决因行政协调缺失导致师范生实习虚化的矛盾、探索跟岗学习中协同指导和制度、促进学校校本研修内容和方式创新变革的一种尝试。教师发展示范基地校的主要功能是强化师德教育建设、建构校本研修课程体系、协同指导教育实习、丰富跟岗特色项目、强化基地引领、扩大正面辐射。教师发展示范基地校可以通过行政推动、明晰任务目标、健全管理制度、依托学校文化引领教师发展、强化过程考评等策略进行建设。
Construction of teacher development modeling base schools is the need of reforming teaching teams in the new era and it is a new attempt at solving the contradiction between normal college education and teacher training.It tries to deal with the false internship caused by loss of administrative coordination.Also,it attempts to explore the guidance and institutions related to teachers’professions,which can promote the innovation of school-based research contents and styles.The main functions of such schools are to enhance the construction of teacher moral education,to construct the system of school-based research and training,to coordinately guide the internship of education,to enrich the characteristic programs on duty,to strengthen the guidance of bases,and to enlarge the positive radiation.In order to build such schools,we may employ the strategies as follows:administrative promotion,clarifying the goal of tasks,improving the administrative systems,guiding teacher development by relying on school culture,and reinforcing the process evaluation.
