摘要
天津某净水厂采用多介质-活性炭-超滤膜联合净水工艺,为保证产水流量稳定、水质达标、降低超滤系统运行成本,分析了超滤系统运行的电耗及药耗环节,改进了超滤进水泵及CEB酸碱药剂投加方式,改造后不仅产水流量满足设计要求,水质达标,而且降低了成品水吨水电耗及药耗。
A water purification plant in Tianjin adopts the combined process of multimedia,activated carbon and ultrafiltration membrane.In order to ensure the stable water production flow,guarantee water quality and reduce the operating cost of the ultrafiltration membrane system,the power consumption and drug consumption of the system are analyzed.The ultrafiltration intake pump and CEB acid and alkali pharmaceutical dosage dosing mode are improved.After the transformation,the water production flow meets the design requirements,the water quality meets the standard,and the power consumption and drug consumption of finished water per ton are reduced.
