摘要
采用超滤膜改造净水工艺,出水达到优质水标准。分析了产水量与超滤跨膜压差的变化关联性,探讨了原水水质对超滤产水水质的影响,提出了超滤膜运行的一些维护建议。加强进水水质监控和定期维护是保障超滤系统正常运行的有力保证。
The water purification process was reconstructed by the ultrafiltration membrane technology based on the conventional routine employed in our campus waterworks, and the manufactured water readily achieved the criterion of high quality. The variation pertinence between the output quantity and the ultrafiltration trans-membrane pressure was analyzed. The influences of raw water quality on the water quality of ultra-filtration were investigated. Several reasonable maintenance suggestions were put forward to guarantee the operation of ultrafiltration membrane. Strengthening the monitoring of inflow water quality and the regular maintenance is the powerful assurance for the normal operation of ultrafiltration membrane system.
