“双师型”教师政策视角下职教教师专业化发展模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着新时代职业教育的改革不断深入,“双师型”职业教育教师专业化模式也由传统的直线模式转变为双向模式。“双师型”职教教师专业化发展双向模式不仅有利于提高职教教师专业化程度,也有助于提升职业院校教学质量,增加行业企业的竞争力,进而带动社会区域经济发展。在双向模式中,“双师型”教师在自身专业能力发展的同时,也面临利益冲突、客体堆积、区域发展不均衡等多种专业化冲突,需要形成以构建发展共同体、将专业能力模块化和建立校企培训基地为核心的PDCA循环模式。 With the continuous deepening of the reform of vocational education in the new era,the professional mode of"Double-qualified"vocational education teachers has also changed from the traditional linear mode to the two-way mode.The two-way mode of"Double-qualified"vocational education teachers'professional development is not only conducive to improving the professionalization of vocational education teachers,but also helps to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges,increase the competitiveness of industrial enterprises,and then promote the economic development of social regions.In the two-way mode,"Double-qualified"teachers face various professional conflicts such as conflicts of interest,object accumulation,and uneven regional development while developing their professional capabilities.It is necessary to form a PDCA cycle mode with the construction of development community,modularization of professional capabilities and establishment of the school-enterprise training base as the core.
