摘要
法律伦理教育是法学教育的核心,对于高校法学人才的培养意义重大,应当充分重视。高校法学专业要在实践探索中坚持加强实务型课程建设,完善实践教学体系;联合培养,共建教学基地,构建“高校—实务部门联合培养”机制;以科学研究和社会活动为抓手,为伦理教育开拓“第二课堂”,培养具有法律职业伦理的法学人才。尤其是通过模拟法庭实战演练和法律诊所实践教育等实践教育活动,培养学生法律职业伦理素养。
Legal ethics education is the core of law education,which is of great significance to the cultivation of law talents in colleges and universities,and should be paid full attention to.The law specialty in colleges and universities should insist on strengthening the construction of practical courses and improving the practical teaching system in practice exploration;jointly cultivate and build bases to explore the mechanism of“joint cultivation of colleges and universities and practical departments”;take scientific research and social activities as the starting point,open up a“second classroom”for ethical education,and base on the cultivation of laws.Legal professionals of professional ethics,especially through practical education activities such as mock court practice and legal clinic education,cultivate students legal professional ethics literacy.
