摘要
司法考试制度在我国的确立,不仅为我国目前正在积极推行的“以法治国”方略提供了有效的体制保障,而且也为 法律职业共同体的形成奠定了坚实的基础。本文从这一背景入手,探讨了统一司法考试与我国尤其是青海法学教育的现状,通 过分析长期以来我国的传统法学教育模式利弊,力图进一步在完善我国法学教育体制的基础上以适应统一司法考试的要求。
National judicial examination has conducted successfully for the three times in our country, It has proved that the system of the judicial examination was established in our country, which not only provides the effective safeguard of system in the process of promoting “rule by law” recently, but also gives the solid foundation of forming community of the legal professional .Therefore. this article explores the judicial examination and the situation of the legal education in our country, especially in Qinghai province, at same time,analyzes both advantages and disadvantages of traditional model of the legal education for a long time. and tries to find out some useful measures to adapt demand of the judicial examination on the basis of consummating system of the legal education.
