摘要
目前,我国在不断加快现代职业教育体系建设,深化产教融合的战略背景下,高水平的教师队伍是高水平专业建设的根本保障,是高职院校实现可持续发展的重要保证,也是高职职业教育发展的必然选择。文章主要阐述了产教融合背景下高职院校教师专业发展的重要性,分析了高职院校教师专业发展的现状,以扬州工业职业技术学院高水平骨干专业电气自动化技术专业为例,提出了产教融合背景下高职院校教师专业发展的途径和策略。
