硅胶带植入治疗青光眼阀机化包裹的新方法 被引量:1

Observation on a new way of silicone belt implantation for the treatment of organization and wrapping of Ahmed glaucoma valve

摘要 目的观察硅胶带植入术治疗青光眼引流阀植入术后滤过泡机化包裹的新方法。方法回顾性分析本院2017年4月至2019年5月经结膜滤过泡囊壁切开行硅胶带植入术治疗Ahmed青光眼阀机化包裹导致的高眼压10例(10眼)的临床资料。术后随访2~23个月,平均(10.10±8.21)个月。结果眼压升高者术后5天1例,术后3个月2例,术后6个月2例,余5例在随访期间内眼压保持在6.5~21.0 mmHg之间(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。10例末次随访眼压均较术前眼压明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后所有患者均未发现引流阀移位、硅胶带移位暴露、巩膜坏死或眼球运动障碍等严重的并发症。结论硅胶带植入治疗青光眼阀机化包裹手术操作简单,效果显著,术后并发症少。 Objective To observe a new way of silicone belt implantation for the treatment of organization and wrapping of filtering vesicles after Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation.Methods A retrospective study.The clinical data of 10 eyes of 10 patients with high intraocular pressure(IOP)caused by scarring in filtering bleb from Apr.2017 to May 2019 were collected.All cases were treated with silicone belt implantation through conjunctival filtering vesicle wall incision.The mean followed-up time was(10.10±8.21)months.Results The IOP was increased in 1 eye at 5 days after surgery,2 eyes at 3 months after surgery,2 eyes at 6 months after surgery.The IOP was 6.5-21.0 mmHg during the follow time in 5 cases(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).At the last follow-up,the IOP was significantly lower than those preoperatively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious complication such as Ahmed glaucoma valve dislocation,silicone belt displacement exposure,scleral necrosis or ocular dyskinesia occurred.Conclusion Silicone belt implantation is simple and effective,with less postoperative complications.
