摘要
Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术已成为目前公认的治疗难治性青光眼较为有效的方法之一，能够在短期内有效控制眼压。但随着时间延长出现引流阀的引流盘周围机化包裹，阻碍房水流出，导致眼压升高。本文就Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术后滤过泡机化包裹发生及其处理措施作一综述。
Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation has become one of the effective treatment methods of refractory glaucoma. It can control intraocular pressure （IOP）effectively in a short time. However, as the time went, the formation of encapsulated cyst results in a decrease in aqueous humor outflow and increased IOP. This review mainly discusses the pathogenesis and management of encapsulated cysts following Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation.
