基于指纹图谱相似度的玉米胚芽油掺伪检测技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为快速准确对玉米胚芽油进行掺伪定量检测,将棕榈油、棉籽油、菜籽油、大豆油、花生油、茶籽油、葵花籽油等常见食用油掺入纯玉米油,通过气相色谱法测定C14:0、C16:0、C16:1、C17:0、C17:1、C18:0、C18:1、C18:2、C18:3、C20:0、C20:1、C22:0、C22:1的含量,利用向量夹角余弦法计算纯玉米油与混合玉米油的相似度,分别建立了其他油掺入量与玉米油指纹图谱相似度的线性模型。结果表明:该模型可用于玉米混合油中掺伪油脂的定量分析,也可用于鉴定玉米油的纯度;当玉米油中混入棕榈油、大豆油、葵花籽油时,检测误差较小;掺入菜籽油时,可结合芥酸的一元线性分析法提高检测精确度;掺入花生油时,可结合山嵛酸(C22:0)等一元线性分析法提高检测精确度;掺入棉籽油,可结合C16:0、C18:1等综合分析。 To determinate the quantity of vegetable oils adulterated to corn germ oil rapiddly and accurately,the common edible oil as palm oil,cottonseed oil,rapeseed oil,soybean oil,peanut oil,tea-seed oil,sunflower seed oil were added to pure corn germ oil.Quantities of fatty acids C14:0,C16:0,C16:1,C17:0,C17:1,C18:0,C18:1,C18:2,C18:3,C20:0,C20:1,C22:0,C22:1 were determined by GC chromatography;then vector angle cosine method was used to calculate the adulteration and similarity,and linear models of similarity between pure corn germ oil fingerprint and mixed corn oil were developed,respectively.The results showed that the model is available for quantitative analysis of fatty acids in adulterate corn oil as well as for purity identification of corn germ oil.When mixed with palm oil,soybean oil and sunflower seed oil,the detection error is small;if added rapeseed oil,the detection accuracy can be improved by combining the univariate linear analysis of erucic acid;for peanut oil adulterated,it recommends to combine with univariate linear analysis of behenic acid(C22:0);the assay of cottonseed oil adulterated prefers to determine C16:0 and C18:1.
