摘要 为解决燃气电厂节能环保、经济运行及综合管理等问题,在分析燃气电厂运行与管理方式的基础上,综合考虑环保性、可靠性、设备管理、经济性和技术性5个方面,建立燃气电厂综合评价指标体系;利用向量夹角余弦法计算指标权重,并与主成分分析法相结合应用于燃气电厂综合评价;建立综合评价模型,计算燃气电厂不同级别指标权重和排名。以某企业6个不同级别燃气电厂为例进行验证分析,结果表明本文综合评价模型所得结果稳健合理,可为燃气电厂生产对标管理及电厂机组间竞赛提供指标及方法支持。 Aiming at solving the problems o f energy-saving, environmental protection, economical operation and comprehensive management for gas-fired power plants, this paper builds up an evaluation index system based on comprehensive consideration o f environmental protection, reliability, equipment management, production economy and production technology after analyzing the operation and management methods o f gas-fired power plants. The vector angle cosine method is applied to calculate the index's weight, and combining with the principal component analysis method, it is used to carry out comprehensive evaluation for gas-fired power plants. A comprehensive evaluation model is established so that the weights and rankings o f the indexes at different levels are also calculated. Taking 6 gas-fired power plants o f an enterprise as the examples for verification analysis, the result demonstrates that this method is valid and feasible, which can provide indexes and method support for gas-fired power plants5 production benchmarking management and power plant unit competitions.
