摘要
目的分析在手术室护理带教中开设微课程的效果。方法200名实习护生根据实习计划分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组采用“一对一”责任制带教,观察组在对照组基础是开设微课程教学。实习结束后评价实习护生理论和实际操作考核成绩,调查学生对护理带教方法的满意度。结果观察组实习护生理论和实际操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实习护生认为开设微课程能进一步提高学习兴趣、语言表达能力及问题综合分析能力(P<0.05)。结论开设微课程能有效提高手术室护理带教质量。
Objective To evaluate the analyze microlectures in clinical teaching of surgical nursing.Methods Totally 200 nursing students were assigned to the control group(n=100)and the observation group(n=100)according to the chronological order of internship.The one-to-one method of teaching was adopted in both two groups during the internship,and the microlectures method was used in the observation group.The outcomes of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice assessment were compared between two groups,and the satisfactory degree of students for teaching methods was evaluated.Results The outcomes of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice assessment were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching method in terms of increasing interest of learning,enhancing language performance and improving comprehensive analysis ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The microlectures method is effective to improve the quality of clinical teaching of surgical nursing.
