摘要
针对当下实践教学现状,基于工程思维的视角,对校企合作下的大学生创新实践能力培养模式进行了探索,建立了“实验室+创新实践基地+企业”的实践教学基地,形成了以校内实践教学为主导,以企业实践教学为补充的校企协同实践教学模式。将所提出的实践教学模式在计算机专业进行实施,结果表明:所构建的基于校企合作的创新实践能力培养模式,培养了学生的工程思维,提高了学生的创新实践能力,缩短了“学校人”到“职业人”的差距。
Based on the situation in practical teaching,this paper studies the method for cultivating the students’innovation ability and practical ability under engineering thinking by building the practical teaching from laboratory,innovative base,to enterprise and constructing a new practical teaching model based on the cooperation between school and enterprise.The school practice teaching plays the leader role and enterprise practice teaching provides the supplement.After implementation in major of computer,the results show that the practice teaching model cultivates the students’engineering thinking ability,improves their innovation ability and practice ability,and shortens the gap between school person and professional person.
