摘要
工程实践教育有助于培养学生实践动手能力、组织管理能力、科技研发能力、创新精神和创业能力,加强应用型本科院校实践教学基地建设,是人才培养与社会需求有效对接的基础,是培养高素质人才的重要途径。分析应用型本科院校实践教学基地建设存在的诸多问题,从校内外实践教学基地建设、双师双能型师资队伍培养、构建实践教学基地评价体系等方面,提出应用型本科院校实践教学基地建设的有效途径,为推动工程实践教育提供参考和借鉴。
Engineering practice education helps students develop hands-on skills,organizational management capabilities,scientific and technological research and development capabilities,innovative spirits,and entrepreneurial capabilities.It also strengthens the construction of practical teaching bases for applied-type colleges and universities,which is an effective connection between personnel training and social needs in institutions of higher learning.The basis is an important way to cultivate high-quality personnel.It analyzes the problems existing in the construction of practical teaching bases for applied universities,and put forward the practice of applied universities from the aspects of the construction of practical teaching bases inside and outside schools,the cultivation of dual-qualified faculty and the evaluation system of practical teaching bases.The effective approach to the construction of a teaching base provides a reference and encouragement for the promotion of engineering practice education.
