摘要
目的探讨中医补消法联合高强度聚焦超声治疗早期子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法将100例早期子宫肌瘤患者依据随机数字表法分为超声组和超声联合补消组,每组50例,超声组给予高强度聚焦超声治疗,超声联合补消组在此基础上给予中医补消法治疗,比较2组治疗3个月后肌瘤直径、体积、血流分级及性激素[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E 2)]、治疗疗效,统计随访12个月复发情况。结果2组治疗后肌瘤直径、体积、血流分级及FSH、LH、E 2水平均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且超声联合补消组治疗后各指标均明显低于超声组(P均<0.05);超声联合补消组治疗有效率明显高于超声组(P<0.05),随访12个月复发率明显低于超声组(P<0.05)。结论中医补消法可有效提高高强度聚焦超声治疗早期子宫肌瘤的疗效,有利于减少患者复发,值得临床推广应用。
Objective It is to explore the efficacy of TCM for tonifying and dispersing combined with high intensity focused ultrasound on early uterine fibroids.Methods 100 patients with early uterine fibroids were divided into ultrasound group and elimination group according to the random number table method.50 patients in each group.The ultrasound group was treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy,and the combination group was given TCM for tonifying and dispersing based on the control group.The diameter,volume,blood flow classification of the tumor and sex hormones[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)]after 3 months of treatment,efficacy,recurrence after following-up for 12 months in the two groups were compared.Results The diameter,volume,blood flow grading of the tumor and FSH,LH and E 2 levels of fibroids in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes were more lower in the combination group(P<0.05);the effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher while the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the ultrasound group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM for tonifying and dispersing can effectively improve the efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of early uterine fibroids,which is beneficial to reduce the recurrence of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
