摘要
子宫肌瘤是常见的女性生殖系统的良性肿瘤,由平滑肌及结缔组织组成。在中医学理论的指导下,中药对子宫肌瘤的保守治疗具有药效持久性、有效率高、不良反应少等特点。现代基础科研中,中药对子宫肌瘤的研究愈发被人们重视。但是目前在中药治疗子宫肌瘤的研究发展中尚存在不足之处有待完善。文章就中药治疗子宫肌瘤的机制及药效成分进行了综述,希望能够给临床用药及新药研发提供一定的参考。
Uterine leiomyoma is a common benign tumor of the female reproductive system,which consists of smooth muscle and connective tissue.Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The conservative treatment of uterine leiomyoma with traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of persistent efficacy,high efficiency,low toxicity,and side effects.In modern basic scientific research,more and more attention has been paid to the study of uterine leiomyoma with traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.This article reviewed the mechanism and pharmacodynamic components of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,hoping to provide some reference for clinical drug use and new drug research and development.
